I am not a hard person to figure out. In fact, my life is pretty much an open book. The only things I do not write about are things that my husband has requested I leave out. If it were not for his introverted personality and need for privacy, you would probably all know me right down to the color of my panties!
I’ve been blogging and sharing my life with readers since 2004, so many complete strangers know me well, as oxymoronic as that sounds! Most of you, however, know only what you read here or saw on Supernanny. I feel it pertinent to share a little more about me, to give you a better feel of where I’m coming from and who I am.
- I started having kids at 19 (not on purpose,) and ended at 27.
- I have tried every kind of birth control known to women, except for tubal ligation.
- I love to paint, make crafts and write. I’m a lover of the arts!
- I am ultra sensitive and get my feelings hurt easily.
- I have two younger sisters who I am good friends with.
- I am an extrovert and am very intuitive.
- My Keirsey Temperament Sorter categorizes me as a “Champion.”
- I always feel like I fail at whatever I strive to do.
- I love the color blue. My bedroom has a blue wall.
- I became friends with another SN mom when we met by pure coincidence on a Supernanny website. We found out later that we were both going to be on the show!
- I love junk food…a lot.
- I have a spending problem. My husband has control of the finances for a good reason!
- I take medication for depression and I’m not ashamed to admit it.
- The dearest relative in the world, to me, passed away this year.
- I love all types of music, but especially Celtic. Enya is my very favorite artist!
- I now have a great relationship with my dad.
- I am short, but taller than some of my uncles! We are French and prone to being short!
- I love the outdoors and adventure.
- I am a flake.
- I consider my husband, my best friend in the world!
- My mom is my second best friend.
- If I start reading a book, I cannot stop until I’m done. I love to read, but don’t do it a lot because I’d have to neglect the kids!
